ADN Transition AfterWork Event in Paris : The Ascent of Mera Peak
On July 7, ADN Transition opened the doors of its offices for an after-work event organized as part of its sponsorship partnership with the nonprofit organization Des Sommets pour une Étoile. Following an initial event in Lyon at the Comptoir Phénix, ADN Transition wanted to extend this commitment to Paris by bringing together employees and partners for an evening of fellowship and solidarity.
The Beginnings of an Association's Commitment
The evening began with Luc Marot, who presented ADN Transition, its missions, and the spirit that drives the company on a daily basis. This introductory segment helped place the evening within the broader context of the company’s commitments, which extend beyond its consulting and interim management activities.
Jean-Baptiste Devalland then recounted how this partnership with the nonprofit Des Sommets pour une Étoile came about. It all began with a meeting during a management consultation, during which Anne-Sophie de Saint Ours shared her personal and professional journey.
Film screening and discussion over drinks
The organization’s mission is to raise funds to help children in remission from leukemia, whether they are currently undergoing treatment or have been cured—fulfill their dreams alongside their families.
During the after-work event, Anne-Sophie came to present her organization and its cause, as well as her personal challenge : the ascent of Mera Peak, a Nepalese summit rising to 6,476 meters, which she completed between late March and mid-April 2026 in support of the organization. It was a project that combined pushing one’s limits with solidarity.
The screening of the film chronicling the ascent of Mera Peak allowed participants to experience, through the images, the stages of this physical and personal challenge. It was a deeply moving moment, followed by informal conversations over drinks, where employees, partners, and guests were able to speak directly with Anne-Sophie de Saint Ours and ask her questions about the organization.
