LaREF has become one of the key moments of the French economic “rentrée”. The 2026 edition brought together more than 13,000 participants, 125 partners and 700 journalists around one central issue: the ability of companies and of the country to make the efforts needed to remain free, prosperous and sovereign. Less than a year before the presidential and legislative elections, the theme of courage resonated with a context marked by pre-election uncertainty.

ADN Transition was represented on France Transition’s stand no. 56, in the René Lacoste village. Luc Marot, Laurent Cremaschi, Jean-Baptiste Devalland and Olivier Riffault represented ADN Transition throughout the two days, meeting the business leaders attending the event.

The team also spoke with Philine Klop, General Delegate, and Frédéric Benay, President of France Transition, the federation of interim management players of which ADN Transition is a member.

ADN Transition’s presence at LaREF26 reflects its commitment to staying close to business leaders and to playing an active role within its professional federation. At a time when economic visibility is shrinking, interim management allows companies to call on experienced interim managers to lead targeted assignments, without waiting to recruit a permanent executive.
