After three years in audit at Arthur Andersen, Luc Marot joined McDonald’s France, where he quickly became CFO. In 1992, he set up the finance department of NRJ, then went on to run its international business, with numerous radio acquisitions across Europe. In 1997, he joined the Lagardère group as CFO of Hachette Filipacchi Médias, then became Managing Director of Interdéco, its advertising sales house. In 2005, he founded FIT Management, a firm specialising in interim management. He then took over the Procadres International brand with two partners. In 2018, he joined X-PM. Today he is embarking on a more entrepreneurial venture by joining ADN Transition, to help develop this high-quality interim management firm.

Jean-Baptiste Devalland began his career at Arthur Andersen, where for ten years he led advisory assignments in the ecological transition sector as well as audit assignments for large groups. He then joined Engie (formerly Suez), where he spent 18 years in CFO and general management positions in various group subsidiaries. In particular, he was CEO of Banque Solfea and CEO of Teksial, an Engie subsidiary specialising in energy transition services, which he helped transform and grow significantly.

Jean-Baptiste then took a more entrepreneurial path, joining the interim management firm ADN Transition Partners as a partner to help build a firm positioned on high-end, tailor-made interim management.

After more than 30 years in operational management, strategy and change management, she joined ADN Transition as a Partner, following a first experience as an interim manager. Catherine Messner built her career in multinational food companies (Nestlé, Mondelez, JDE), where she developed dual expertise: in operations management, as Procurement and Supply Chain Director, and in leading transformation projects such as post-acquisition operational mergers, carve-outs and ERP deployments.

Olivier has been passionate about current affairs and economics from an early age.

After a science baccalaureate, he first studied management at university, to understand what not to do, then discovered the business world at a business school. After a first role in management control at PPR, he discovered recruitment at Robert Half, then developed his sector expertise and his management and sales skills at Michael Page. Since 2001, he has taken on the challenge of entrepreneurship, founding a specialist recruitment consultancy now called NEXtT.

Working mainly with large groups, Olivier joined ADN to bring his know-how and contribute to its development.

An EDHEC graduate, Laurent Cremaschi held senior management roles and led international teams before joining ADN Transition to develop interim management assignments in sales, marketing and commercial leadership. His role puts him in direct contact with companies: understanding their challenges, identifying the situations where additional management capacity makes the difference, and building the most suitable response together with them. As a coach for executives and teams, he pays particular attention to the human side of each assignment. Selecting an interim manager is not just about matching a CV to a job description. It means understanding an environment, reading the human dynamics and identifying the person who will deliver results while bringing the teams along.

A graduate of HEC Liège with an MBA from Harvard Business School, Bernard Puraye began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he spent six years and became Senior Engagement Manager. He then spent nearly twenty years in general management roles in industry and the food sector: CEO of Excel Gelfinor (Eridania Béghin-Say) and of Vamo-Excel (Vandemoortele), Chairman and CEO of Sediver (world leader in electrical insulation for high-voltage lines), then CEO of France Champignon. In 2008, he moved into interim management, first as an interim manager and then as a partner at X-PM Transition Partners. He first joined ADN in 2013 as a partner, before becoming a Partner at EIM France and then Managing Partner of Emerton Leadership, the interim management and accelerated recruitment arm of the consulting firm Emerton. In October 2026, he rejoined ADN Transition as a Partner.

More than 30 years in finance and general management roles in industrial companies. Laurent began his career in audit and accounting. He ran his first finance department at a subsidiary of the pharmaceutical group UPSA, later acquired by the American laboratory Bristol Myers Squibb. After 16 months in the United States, he returned to France and took part in the sale of the subsidiary to the Swiss group Clariant, where he led an SAP project. Within Clariant, he then became Chief Financial Officer of the speciality fine chemicals business, with a global scope covering 8 plants. From 2004 to 2011, he was CFO of the LBO-backed company Delpharm. He then ran several LBO-backed companies, before going on to hold board, chairman and CFO positions, often working with growth capital-backed businesses.

A graduate of Excelia, Magali Viandier spent nearly twenty years in audit and advisory at Deloitte and then EY, where she became a partner.

She then joined the EDF group, where she held financial and then operational positions: Head of Accounting and Consolidation, Group Head of Accounting, Tax and Reporting, then Head of Sourcing and Offer Economics. In this role, she managed regulated electricity tariffs and successfully defended the legality of the Tarif Bleu before France’s Conseil d’État in 2018.

In 2019, she became CFO of the Fimalac group, also responsible for human resources and a 60,000 m² real estate portfolio across Paris, London and New York. She was then appointed Deputy CEO of Webedia, the group’s digital division, where she oversaw corporate functions and the divestment project.

An independent director, she chairs the audit committee of Monnaie de Paris and sits on the board of Eurenco.

She joined ADN Transition as a Partner in April 2026.

Patrick Atzel is a Senior Advisor at Capitalmind – Corporate Finance Advisory. He brings the strategic vision and sharp financial expertise built up in his previous roles as Partner at Arthur Andersen, EY and Frinault-Fiduciaire. Working both in France and internationally, he has carried out audit assignments across many sectors, including food processing, oil, telecoms, engineering and specialist retail. He is also Chairman of Contacts et Valeurs and a former Tutor at Edinburgh College of Commerce. A chartered accountant and statutory auditor, Patrick Atzel holds an MBA in Business and Finance from NEOMA Business School.

HR Director of several national and international groups: Bull, CIC, Memorex-Telex and Thomson, then partner at X-PM Transition from 2006 to 2013. President of ANDRH (the French national association of HR directors) from 2002 to 2004.

More than 25 years in senior management (CFO, CEO) in specialist retail (Redcats, Brylane Inc., CFAO, IPH), in France and internationally.

He began his career at the Thomson group, then served as HR Director at companies such as Cidelcem/Bonnet, Saresco (Air France group) and the Malakoff group. As an interim manager from 2003 to 2016, he completed 12 interim HR Director assignments, during which he designed and negotiated pay and employment agreements, led and revitalised HR departments, and managed mergers as well as restructuring and redundancy plans. Member of Amadeus Executives from 2005 to 2016.

More than 30 years as HR Director in major international companies in the industrial and IT sectors. 10 years as an HR consultant and manager in large international groups. Member of a French employment tribunal (Conseil de prud’hommes) for 20 years. Lecturer at a business school.

Michel Erard began his career as Human Resources Manager at the Spontex plant in Beauvais, then at Dunlopillo within the Dunlop group. He then joined the Danone group at Kronenbourg as HR Manager of the brewery, before being appointed HR Director of Danone in Poland and China. Building on this international experience, he joined Mondelez International in 2001 as HR Director for France, then for Western Europe. From 2015 to 2018, he was European HR Director in charge of transformation, working in particular on company acquisitions and disposals, as well as on the organisational and digital transformation of Mondelez International.

More than 30 years of experience as HR Director in the industrial and engineering entities of automotive groups, during which he developed strong expertise in change management, industrial relations and talent management, particularly at international level. He also set up and managed the HSE Division of Groupe Renault.

Elisabeth Gires spent 10 years as an international media and telecoms project manager at Vivendi, then strengthened her operational experience over several years in SMEs specialising in press distribution, fine foods and consulting. Her expertise in small and medium-sized businesses enables her to tackle organisational and human challenges effectively: financial and legal audits, team restructuring and regulatory compliance.

Léna contributes to our communications and digital marketing strategy. She also teaches at business schools in Paris and shares her knowledge with our teams to increase our visibility. She plays an active role in creating content and optimising our digital tools, strengthening our interim management expertise.
